Calling a Howard Hill expert (Pic)

It was raining like mad this week end and I came across this pic in a hunting mag. It sure looks like one of my role models on the left:
Anyone care to share some of their Howard Hill expertise?

I am no expert, but, I do not think that is HH, I could be wrong but do not think it is him. I have never heard of him using a gun other than a shotgun when he was younger hunting birds. Plus Howard only went to Africa once as far as I know and from the looks of that picture, it was taken well after his Africa trip.

That fellow's too weedy to be Hill. Although he did shoot some with a rifle in Africa, hyenas as I recall from reading "Wild Adventure".
