knives for sons
« on: September 08, 2010, 04:40:00 PM »
I recently found a couple of large rasps in the bottom of the toolbox that I inherited from my father. They're each 14" or so long, and .25" thick (or so). I had planned on making them into knives for my sons (14&16), but am now unable to because of neck & nerve damage. Because I'm now on disability, money is very tight. I most humbly ask if there would be someone who would work these rasps into Christmas presents for my sons, or know of someone who would. I know that they would be thrilled.  They don't need to be fancy, just useable and durable. (they're for teenage boys!!). My thanks for all that consider my request. Best regards to all, Mark
