It will be accurate so long as you do two things.  Point the bow hand directly at your target (not into space or toward something, but at an exact spot), and bring your string hand to a solid knocking point (ie. top fingertip in the corner of your mouth).  Your draw length will vary very little from this baseline, although, the more you practice your form the better (and more consistant) it is supposed to become.  ;)  
  Considering that you are blind in your right eye, I would encourage you to shoot left-handed.  Unless you are so right-handed as that you can barely hold your fork right-handed while cutting an overdone steak, left hand shooting will far better suit your purpose.  If you learn the gap style of shooting it will be absolutely necessary, and if you choose instinctive it may just be more natural.  :thumbsup:
