Finished one at last.

Just finishing this one. I wanted a horseman's blade that could split kindling for a fire but still peel a elk hide. The sheath is a simple high carry that clears my cantle on the saddle.
The scales are english walnut and I used O1 toolsteel and tryed for a even hollowgrind on a 8" benchgrinder.

That whole package is beautiful! Excellent job all the way around. I particularly like the blade shape and the finish work on the leather.
