Sheaths
« on: May 15, 2011, 10:08:00 PM »
I'm just getting ready to start making a few knives. Specifically, buying blanks and making my own handles.  I'm not ready to also start any leather making and was wondering where/who you would all recommend for nice sheaths, primarily pouches.

I'm learning alot here and will be sure to post pics as soon as my first completed knife is done up.

Thanks.

Update: Just ordered a Helle Fjellbekk blank from Dryad Bows! Very excited to get the process going...a little intimidated (don't want to screw up a beautiful Helle) but excited.

You can find them on the auction website or you can buy them from most knife suppliers. You could always take a shot at it yourself. Good luck and can't wait to see the pics.
