This is the knife where I forged the 416 stainless guard. Chuck got it shot and you can see a few views of it and the parts. The blade is 12 inches so it's a handfull.

Really nice knife Lin.  Love the profile and especially like the pattern on your blade.  Are the spacers and pommel also 416?  Is it a through tang?

Thanks. I had Chuck mess around with the background color. What do you think?

No red.

That guard came out quite inspiring.

Tell us, if that blade is 12 inches long, how wide is it??!!!
That thing's a hog!
Stunning for sure. Beautiful, actually.

It's Burnt Autumn Karl.   ;)

It's 2 1/2 inches wide. At least. It's more than I want to carry around. The whole thing scaled back to a 10 inch blade is as big as I would want to clear fence rows. But the gentleman wants it like this.

Lin,

Long time since I checked in, but am glad I did--that is stunning in size, style, and craftsmanship.  Like everyone else is thinking, "I want one."

Really great looking knife!! The orange sets it off better. The guard came out really nice on that big chopper.
