I wanted a small Keeslar to show off one of Rebecca's Indian quill work sheaths. Hidden tang in old cracked bone handle, six inches oal of 1080 steel. Quenched & tempered in finished condition to keep forge scale texture. I took my grind line into the back of the blade to add a little more detail. This isn't a blade that would do a lot of work so the loss of strength is a non issue...tippit

Jeff, that is very cool!
It would cool to see a few wraps with some skinny rawhide lace where the bone meets the steel would set that beauty off!
Love the sheath and the colors used!
That is some kinda nice!
Jeff I just ordered a book you would probably be interested in also. "Antler & Iron II"

Have a great Holiday, and let us not forget!

Steve,
That is a cool site. Do you have any of those other books like Iron Age Primitives or Nose to the Grindstone? Are the books detailed well?

Jeff, Antler and Iron II will be my first copy, so I cannot comment yet!
I will post a review after I receive it!
