zebra wood stabilizing??
« on: March 23, 2012, 09:47:00 PM »
Hey I bought I big chunk of zebra to make the riser for a bow and will have lots left over so I ordered a knife blank to give that a try. I was wondering if its neccessary to stabilize zebra. I would rather not cause what I've heard home stabilizing is NO GOOD! Anyway any input would be much appreciated.

Not sure if I've ever seen it stabilized. Seal it up good and it should be alright. That stuff stinks....whew!

It will work without stabilizing.
