Hunting knife

This one I just finished. It has a 3 3/8 inch blade of tightly twisted damascus, damascus guard, and Mahogany Stag. The over all length is 7 1/2 inches.

looks  good lin......... ive found that i like random damascus the best just somthing about the unplaned design. its like a box of chocolates ya never know what your going to get!

How do you do it...so impressive in every way.  The composition of the photograph is nice too, with the solid black background.  It really highlights the movement in both the damascus and the stag.    :clapper:

That is gorgeous Lin. I sure wouldn't mind that stag on the knife you are building for me! You do some of the most spectacular work of any bladesmith I have ever seen, and your willingness to share your knowledge with everyone is a statement to the wonderful person who resides inside you.
