What to look for in a Camp Knife

I have wanted a good multi use "Camp Knife" for a while now. So with all the talent here I thought I would ask: What should I look for in this type of knife? Thanks in advance for any advise or insight you can give me.

Will you be doing any wood cutting/trimming along with cooking chores? Or is it primarily a cooking knife?

Karl, Can I order one of those from you?
Lin, I guess I hadn't really thought about it. I typically have a small camp axe or hatchet with me when camping so I guess I wouldn't really need one to cut wood with.
