To answer your question, Yes it is posible. You can search "Buck 110" or "Buck 110 rebuild" and see plenty on the web. Notice that the original has 4 pins through the scales. To pin the new Osage, you'll have to dismantle the knife. Some have apparently glued new scales on. I assume they hid the spring pivot pin under the scales.

I would think a Buck 120 would probably be easier than the folders. Probably a pin that would need to be driven out in the butt of the knife. Depending on how the handle is attached you might have to cut or break the original material off. Shouldn't be much harder than any hidden tang knife.

There's a nice article in the new Blade magazine about the Buck 110's.

I would think a 120 would have a tang all the way to the butt piece.

This is a Remington knife I rehandled for someone. There is a pin that goes through the butt piece and the tang in the butt piece. It can be difficult to find the pin to tap out.

Might try soaking the butt cap in vinegar and see if that helps locate the pin(s).  Not sure it will work but my guess is it will show up after a night in the juice and worst case it will only tarnish the cap a bit and can be polished up pretty easy.  Never done it but I would try if I couldn't see the pin in the polished steel.

I have seen several Buck fixed blades that have been rehandled. I am always looking at yard sales and flea markets for one with a broken handle but that darn phenolic is just too tough!
