Anyone use duracoat or durabake on their knives to cut the shine? If so, any tips?

Thanks,

Dave

Haven't yet.  I've been thinking about trying ceracoat.  Don't know if the other products are related but ceracoat is ceramic based and is suposed to be outstanding on guns.  I believe the bake temp/time for ceracoat is very close to what I typically use to temper 1084/1095.  I'm thinking I can do one temper cycle, bead blast, spray with ceracoat, and then back in the oven for a second cycle/finish cure.  Let us know how it works out if you try it.
