Here's a couple I just finished. Both are 8 1/4" overall with 3 3/4" blades.

Bet whoever sold you that ironwood had it listed as "exhibition grade"!

Thanks guys. I buy the ironwood from Arizona Ironwood.com. You see an actual picture so you know what you're getting. Seems to be reasonable prices.
