Koa hunter at work {{Graphic animal pics}} : )
« on: November 30, 2013, 12:42:00 PM »
A very good customer of mine just sent me these pics of him skinning a buck with my drop point hunter. He said it performed very well. This was a bit dressier of a knife (fancy curly koa, polished hamon), its good to see it being used hard.

Great to see a tool being used as it was designed to be. Pretty and functional.

In my opinion, they are all (or should be) made to be used........great to see that.

This fall was the first opportunity for me to see a knife I made at work. There's something very gratifying about seeing a tool you built used for the purpose it was created. Great looking knife and thanks for sharing.

Nothing worse than a knife stuck on a shelf or a drawer somewhere!

Let's not hide those pretty knives in a safe. Use 'em.

Thanks for the comments guys, the owner was very happy with how it performed. He will probably be using it on some hogs here soon as well.
