Hunter for a TG member
« on: March 08, 2014, 04:31:00 PM »
I just finished this hunter with a 5 inch blade of 5160 carbon steel. The handle is a dyed stag taper. I used stainless and bronze for the fittings.

I really like this one Lin! And 5160 makes one heck of a tough knife, one of my favorite steels.

I love hunters with stag, especially when the stag is a taper. I love scales but a taper is so nice when done right, like this one is. Thanks for sharing Lin.
