Older knife, new Image
« on: February 05, 2016, 11:43:00 PM »
This is my personal Utility/Hunter I made and maybe posted here some time ago. I decided it deserved a quality photo. Burt Foster was kind enough to photograph it for me, and I'm very pleased.

Forged 1084 edge quenched with a satin finish, hidden tang, some file work on the spine. 416 SS guard. Maple burl handle and silver wire inlayed boarder with stippling dyed dark brown. 4.25" blade, 8.5" OAL. The sheath is basswood lined, two tone dyed, tooled & stippled.

I always really love the work you do. Your style is very distinguishable and I look forward to seeing it.

Outstanding Steve. That file work really sets this knife apart.

Like all of your work, I love it...especially that handle, which is absolutely elegant.
