Rainy Day and Novelty Arrows
« on: February 03, 2008, 01:51:00 PM »
It is raining today so I am in the garage fooling around and decided to get to the task I have wanted to finish.  Here they are.

I make pens out of broken arrows and they are a real hit with most people.  Chicks dig 'em.

I use a Bic Roundstic and have to make the barrel a bit smaller in my drill press to fit them in the carbon shafts.

I gave one to a director at work and now all of the suits want one.

Cupcake, Those are some nice looking arrow pens ya made there.
When my daughter was younger she used to shoot tiny 1516 aluminums. I would make her and her little friends arrow pens with her broken or bent arrows. Always a hit.
I reckon so
