What size of washer did you use to make your tillering block.Looks like you glued 4 of them together.

I don't know what size of washer,but 1" in diameter,yes 4 washers glue together for the washer center line.

Limb pad glue to the limb,not riser.The reason is reduce the impact while releasing.

Wow great build along very in depth, I would like to see a tool list like the wood chisle type and saw type. but great bow shes a beaut

When installing your tillering blocks, do you have a device for string the bow?  Even a light poundage bow would be tough to string by hand without the tips tapered.  Chad

Sorry, I did not take the pic of installing tillering blocks.  Basically, I placed the bow on the floor.  Then I knelt in front of it, with one foot on the riser and one end of a rope tied around my waist and the other around the limb Once I stood up, the limb would be curved, and the tillering block could be installed easily.
