New project bow "full draw photos added"!
« on: February 11, 2009, 09:24:00 AM »
This is one I'm building for a buddy named Martin.  She has red elm core lams and a laminated riser out of bloodwood and bubinga.  The riser and tips will darken nicely after finishing.  She is a real screamer, due to the thin tips and trapping of the outer limbs.  She will draw around 59@28 when finished.

She looks like she is going to be a good one. I love the narrow tips and know how much they can add to the performance.
  Another nice one, Apex.

This one turned out nice and is a real hot rod!  She is a 66" mild R/D which draws 61@28.  I still have to apply the white zebra stripe limbstations on the limbs.  Martin wants to help with that part.

Nice bow!       Just out of curiosity about how long did it take you to build that bow?
