That twist isn't bad and you really don't have to do anything with it for the bow to work normally. I know it can be disconcerting to see your work not look exactly like you think it should but with wood these small anomalies are actually normal.
If you really want to remove it you would have to heat it, steam works well with oak, and twist it in the opposite direction a little farther than straight. Once cool it will settle in about right.
