Bow is all glued and in the form, taped down securely....

Another layer of plastic wrap under the pressure strip.(no pic)
We taped the pressure strip (sheet metal strip to equalize pressure across bow limbs, since the air hose pushes mainly in the center)this time to keep it in place....

Here is the form almost ready to pop in the oven.....

One last thing,if you wipe the glue down off the limb edges all you can, you can break most of it off instead of grinding it all off!!

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Here is the glue that snapped right off,and the bow blank..

This is a new deal for me,I like it!!  Clamped a simple laser to a stand, leveled the bow on the bench and lined up center marks on both ends and center. This bow was good, needed no adjustment.

IMO if both tips and center of riser don't line up,you are goin down a hard road!!

I pulled the tape off and put on new white tape for visibility, now I clamped an aluminum ruler to the centerline and drew the centerline full length of the bow.

Now I marked the tips 5/8" wide at nock, they will end up narrower before finishing.

Here the limb is laid out,and ready to grind.

Ground the limbs to shape and now to the nock grooves, starting marks are 45 degrees for this bow, make sure they angle the right way!! LOL

I didn't get any pics of the groove filing, just keep em even.

Coming along pretty fast.  I love the laser idea.

Here is putting overlays on,I'm using CA this time.

Now to cut the sight window, not recommended for the faint of heart.
I stand behind the saw so I can see the blade, cut til the blade gets to the desired mark, then turn the bow around and cut from the other side, so I don't splinter the glass  if there are not overlays protecting it.
