I just wanted to bring this to the top.  I have had a few emails and other requests for information.  I will also likely be in camp a lot this year since my three kids will be with me.  That'll be good and bad but it will still be fun.  I anticipate lots more bowbuilding and cooking  :)

So, if you have kids, don't hesitate to bring them too.

Getting closer  :archer:  If anyone is thinking of coming i'd suggest doing it. Nice campgrounds and some good hunting areas

The kids and I will get in to the campground on Friday morning.  We'll set up camp and then go shoot squirrels or something.  Between the three hunters we chould be able to get enough for squirrel chili on Friday night.

I plan to have a tiller tree and at least one vise so we can whittle while it's cooking.

See you all in a couple weeks.

There are a lot of you guys who just read and don't post..and some who post...All of ya do what ya can to stop by and and say HI!
Last year we had some that stayed around the campground and just hung out; some were in and out, some just stopped by for a bit...
It was as much fun meeting and chatting as hiking/hunting...not to mention glow in the dark items...hehehe...C Ya'll soon.

I'm out! Had a day off work and the camping gear packed. My son, daughter-in-law and GRANDSON are coming up that weekend. I'd still love to go, but I don't get to see Andrew near enough. Have a great time and safe hunting to all! Mike
