Looks good so far! 2 questions:
Will you be covering that limb alignment pin hole on the back of the limb?
How long are your limb pads?
On that limb bolt, I have had the insert come loose before when I drill and insert it from the back side of the riser. The epoxy never failed it would seem to just break the wood around it and pull out.
I now drill the initial hole from the back throught the riser to the belly side, the size of the bolt, usually 5/16. Than I use this hole to counterbore the bigger hole for the insert, drilling from the belly side to the back, about half way through the riser. Than I insert the insert, up to the end of the counterbore. These sizes are for 5/16-18 bolts, if you use 1/4" adjust accordingly. To cover up the hole on the belly side of the riser I lam a piece of thin stock over it, matching the risers look.
