What is your draw length, the intended draw weight and the length of the billets?

Buddy, 66" to 68" long, 1 3/4" wide at the fades and out to mid limb then tapering to 1/2" tips(to be reduced later).  Make a 4","Z" or "W" splice at the handle.

TB111 will work. You can add reflex at the handle at glue up. If you want to add reflex after glue up to the limbs I would use Urac. It can take the heat and moisture of the reflexing process.
