what glue for glueing down limbs caps that are lifting?

the limb caps on my t/d recurve are lifting up at the end closest the limb tips.
i'm wondering what glue would be best to glue them down with?
the gap is very small so i need something really thin that will suck itself into the gap.
i thought about a thin CA glue but don't know if it will be flexible enough.
can epoxy be thinned right down?
any ideas at all?

Ozy, I think you are speaking of the tip overlays. I think a thin CA will work fine. apply it andwatch to see it go in the void, and then apply a light clamping presure. let it dry for a hour or better before removing the clamp.
Good luck.

Clint,
a good quality CA glue like Loctite 420 will do the trick, a drop or two and a little pressure is all you would need.

i'm talking about the limb caps that are under the limb bolts and on top of the glass lamination. there must be some flex there.do you still think CA glue is the go?

I would use CA glue for that.
