Pronghorn - bow length vs. draw length

Does anyone know what Herb recommends in terms of draw length in relation to length of the bow. For his one piece bows. I am a 28" draw. I am guessing 60" would be the minimum but I could be wrong.

You sould have no problem with a 60" bow, you could probably go a couple of inches shorter. I have two Pronghorns, a 1-piece & a 3-piece, both 60" & I draw a true 30" with no trouble at all from either bow.

I draw just shy of 29".I have a 58" three piece recurve, and a 60" three piece longbow from Herb. Both draw sweet and smooth.I wanted a shorter longbow for blind hunting.I drove over to Herb's one day and tried a 56" one piece.Very nice and smooth also.I ordered one.You would have no problem with a 56",58",60",or whatever you wanted. You would be very pleased with any Pronghorn!

The rock is right I have a three piece recurve and with my draw being right at 28 I have no problems. I have also shot a couple of herbs short long bows and they where smooth as can be.

I have Pronghorns in 56", 58" and 60" and I draw 28". You will have no problem with your draw with any of them. I really think the 56" is one of the best kept performance secrets out there. There is no better treestand bow made. The performance is amazing.
