I'm snakeskining an old Palmer. I put the skins on with Titebond111. My next step in ca glue to seal it. I have put 7 coats on and it just keeps soaking in. Should i continue putting the ca glur on untill it leaves a clear topcoat or should i stop and spray my spar urathane. Thanks

I would let the CA cure out good and sand it out good to take thr rough spots down. Then spray three to four coats, You could sand between the first two w/ fine paper. Leave it cure out good before sanding.
good luck
