Dick from St.Joe River bows is bulding my new Longbow. It has a Walnut Riser and Bamboo limbs. Here is a slide show of the progress. More will come as I get them

I don't think that form will warp. I also like his riser sanding jig.

Going to be a good looker. I like that riser block jig. May have to look into something like that since that seems to be the hardest part for me.

Here are a few more pictures it is basically done other than the final finishing touches. I will have it at the Great Lakes Longbow Invitational this weekend.
The final specs were 50# at 28

I will post a couple more pictures after I pict it up Thursday of the whole bow for you Pat.
Arwin I have only shot the Cx150's through it and it loves them.

Holy jumping is that nice!! I was going to post some pics of my first longbow, but after seeing this and some of the other bows on here, i just can't as my craftsmanship is terrible in comparison.

Any bow you build your self is worth posting. We had the help of an experienced Bowyer on this and he had all the tools
