Critique my tiller please

Opinions please on my tiller. Is my top limb a little stiff in the middle?

Yes, I think so. I like the bottom limb stiffer. Does the bow tip when you draw it? Jawge

On this one the bottom limb looks to be a little weaker than the top. Try to sense the handle pressure as you draw. The top limb should want to come toward you a little bit. Jawge

Jawge, you are still the Guru. That's a great point, it's like when the bow begins to bend, it's all in the feel.

Looks like a slight flat spot midlimb top.  And a little section on top limb that could be the start to a slight hinge.

Thanks, Dano. Actually that should have read, "The top limb probably wants to come toward you a little bit since it is stiffer." Even handle pressure is good. At full draw I like the bottom limb just a little stiffer. You could flip it around if you have the weight you want. Sorry about the confusion.  Jawge

Yes, and the bottom limb also seems to have stiff spots in the middle.

Good advice from Jawge.

You should always add a pic of the back and unstrung side profile along with your full draw shot. That's the only advice that I can give for now. As Nick mentioned in another thread, your tiller could right on the money or all wrong. No way to tell without those profiles I mentioned. ART
