Here are a few more Joe.
Here's the riser, it's the one in my hand. The other one is a 53# '59 Grizzly, it is PRISTENE, only had finish issues.
Here you can see the I-beam construction of the riser.
New tips on both.
Two coats of finish on the skins so far.

Some fine work Kenny! Really like those tips
For taking the shine off TO I use rattle can spar urethane. One or two light coats sprayed on from a distance of 4-6" lays down a nice matte finish.

I use tru oil and like PV I give a bow one coat of satin spar urethane as a final touch to have a nice flat finish.
