Fire hose form?

How do i make a firehose form and where do i get the materials to make it. I an wanting one to make wood/fiberglass recurves.All the information is greatly appreciated since i am new to this.

Binghams Projects has everything you will need.  Blueprints to build your form, firehose and fittings.  Instructional DVDS etc.
