How much of an arc is used when making a riser such as the one in the photo below, and are there any set arcs or is it just a matter of personal taste? Thanks

The bottom of the accent arch is the same as my form, and matches the back of the riser. The top accent is just somewhat less of a radius that appealed to my eye.
