Is it normal for my tapered lams to be 2.50mm thick on the thickest end

Tyler, is that arround .100 inch? I use tapers from .100 to .120 at the butt(thick)end and tapering .002/inch when I build my one piece recurves, taper thickness at butt end depends on what else(parallel/veneer thickness) is in the stack. My total stack needs to be about .255 for a 50 lb recurve.
