My new hog huntin bow

Hey guys here are some pics of a maple self bow I just finished for my upcoming hog hunting trip. Its 49#@26" and 68" NTN.   Hope these pictures turned out

The bow is on a cant on that full draw pic and makes the tiller look a little screwy

The handle looks cool is it comfortable?

What kind of maple tree did you use?

the finish on the backing is really good looking, and i like your handle and arrow shelf as well.  
that full draw shot looks like it is demonstrating a hinge, though, about 1/3 of the way up from the handle. take this with a grain of salt, i'm no pro.

Thanks guys. Innocente, I know what you mean about the top limb I think it does bend a little strong there but the bow is on a cant and it seems to amplify that, because I have seen it at full draw straight up and down and it looks alright. Also the top limb has almost no set and whenever I have developed a hing in a limb it developes excessive set in that area even if i correct it. Osage tree, I think it is sugar maple but am not sure. I cut it from the woods behind my house in october. I was told some maples like red wont make a good bow but this wood seems to work great so i don't think its any of them. Yeah I like the thin grip it feels good in my hand

Crotch horn, it only took about a week and a half, the drying of the wood took two months but that can be done alot quicker with a heat box
