Scored big
« on: March 12, 2010, 09:44:00 AM »
I was telling my pastor about building a drum sander for building bows and he asked what I was using for the drum. I told him I was making a 6" wide one with mdf and he said he had one that attached to his redial arm saw that he never used. So he says why don't you come and get it out of my shop so I don't have to move it around anymore. Here's a picture of the whole thing it's a 24" steel drum with the clips to attach the paper with. Now I have to start over on my build but I guess I can handle that. Here's a link to a picture of the sander I'm building.   Sander Picture

That's the plan Ron. Taking pictures as I go. It won't be a complete build-along but should give a good idea.
