OK, here are a couple more pics I just took. They did not turn out real well, but after looking at the bow again (and comparing the pics), I do see that the Canary wood has darkened a bit with age. The new pics actually make it look darker than it appears in real life, but it has darkened some.
The first pics are when the 2 bows are brand new and freshly built, probably 10 years ago. These pics are from today. I think it aged nicely, kind of a "mature" darkening if you will. It is nothing like the darkening of Osage, just for comparison.
The handles and handle overlays are Canary wood. The limbs are Western Red Cedar.
