I'm having a problem getting a perfectly square lower press surface on a r/d.  Is this going to be a major problem?

What ever blemish you have in the lower form will show up in every bow you make in that form,

(dont ask how I know this)

Thanks Kenny.  I'll start over and build my  2nd form by your directions using the router and template.
