If your goal is a 50 pounder at 28, if you go to the draw length of 31 you would gain approximately 9 lbs. maybe a little more but not much more than that.
On the arrows, if you're wanting to shoot carbon, I would suggest Axis 400. With 175 gr. Broadhead upfront. The Axis 400's are a strong penetrating arrow. The first question you need to ask yourself
Are you over Bowing yourself.
If 59 lbs. is what you want to pull all the time, then start your arrows set up. I would suggest going to a traditional archery shop in your area. One of the decent videos that are for sale on here "Master of the Longbow" vol. I II, if you just getting started, and even if you're not just getting started, it is a lot of good information.
But the main thing is, are you going to keep that bow at that poundage. I know for me, 60 lbs. would be too much. When you over bow yourself, it's easy to get into accuracy problems.
