im going to build a longbow,laminated,in all of your profesional and may i add artistic opinions is it possible to build a longbow comparable to a black widow pl?

Absolutely, get your hands on one and trace the profile and make a form. Measure all the dimensions like riser length, stack, taper rate, limb width and profile, glass thickness, shelf height, center cut, lamination count and type. Lay it up and shape it out to duplication. After doing several you will get closer with each attempt to the asthetics and shot characteristics. Any bow can be duplicated.
