I have seen post that show angle from 0 to about 15 for the riser attach points what is the normal? The 0 was on a straight limb and the 15 was on what I think was a high reflex/deflex bow.

There's no such thing as normal. The limb pad angles are determined by the amount of reflex and deflex. I think most T/D longbows have about 10 degree limb pads.

alot depends on design. the limb angle on my t/d longbow is 11 deg. unless you follw a proven design/blueprint it will take a little trial and error
