deer v.s. coon
« on: February 14, 2008, 11:28:00 PM »
Got these pics on the game cam this past August....there are several more, these two stayed at the feeder for about four hours.
....the old doe currently resides in my freezer, one shelf down from the frozen veggies!!!!!

The coon was a little luckier, he saw my broadhead come out of the blind...oh well, maybe next year!!

We've had a lot of coon activity as of late. They have been coming to my feeders and the deer don't seem to mind.

Hope you don't mind me attempting to post my first picture here.  Seems to fit the topic.  I have a bunch of pictures of this coon and little buck fighting over corn.  Problem is they're all at night and in an area that is notorious for fog.  Really enjoy this site. Thanks guys.

Now that is a nice meal!  Coon and deer roasts!
