Many ways to do this, side tiller (as mentioned) is one way. The quickest way is to just round off the edges of the limbs on the BACK of the stronger limb. You aren't that far off and you won't have to take that much material off doing it this way to make up that difference. I personally don't like to side tiller as sometimes I have to narrow a limb too much to get the tiller corrected and although the tiller is good, the limbs are responding differently and that just bugs me to the extent, I just can't sell a bow like that...but that's my opinion.
