Like Pat said, David makes some nice blanks. There is a good discussion going on about the speed on PA's web site. Steve Gardner stated that with the Flight shooting release,(snap shooting) I used and the draw the bow might be capable of 230fps with a 500 grn arrow. I doubt the bow would stay together for very long with that kind of abuse. I just wanted a hunting bow. :=)
