Yew Veneer give away

In the spirit of the holidays I'm going to give to the lucky winner 2 pairs of highly figured Yew veneers,enough to do one bow.These are 36"x 1 3/4"x .030

Just add a post to this thread and next Friday my wife will randomly pick a post and I will then contact you.

Put me in as well Curt, I know a feller who could build me a sweet longbow with those lams right there. I'm an all wood builder but getting ahold of these might get me on the road to some glass bows.

i was looking at a hickory veneer the other day , and wondered if something like this as just a backing would work...
