You guys and glass bows amaze me!

kenny that is just ridiculous. how on earth am i supposed to follow that?!

going to work on getting my trade bow done up. its still at the semi-debarked almost topring'd stage... going to have to work out some way to hold the massive log that i have... might be time to go pick up some 2x12 and make a horse...

gonna look for all-wood shaving horse plans tomorrow , after my 8 hour round trip to buckhannon WV for a 10 minute auto warranty claim... yay...

Well, I gotta stop shooting my trade bow in before I ruin what few arrows I have left.  Here's some indoor shots from 15 yards today...I scared the nock off of one arrow    :scared:   I've got the handle contoured and am ready for final sanding, finish, etc.

Dang Kenny those numbers are very impressive!Even with -5 pounds for finger release thats still very fast in my book. 4east thats exactly why i always shoot at the nock of the first arrow i shoot. That way I know there is no chance of me hitting it! LOL! Nice work Fellas!

Now far as my trade bow it's been real crazy for me lately with spring chores,honey-do's and a father inlaw that got beat up pretty bad by a cow while calving. I have been working on a reducing down a couple juniper staves and shaped & back a board bow but just haven't had time to take some pic's and post them yet.
One of the juniper staves is dry enough to start on for ******* and I will save the board bow for a back up plan. If I finish putting back my kitchen I have been remodling I will post some pic's today.

I tried to get a few decent pics. I'm going to have to wait for better weather for the rest.

Thanks guys, didja notice what an extra inch or 2 does for the numbers?

Folks should think about this when buying a bow they can't reach full draw with! LOL

Same speed with a lighter bow and more accuracy to boot!(Not that I shoot worth a crap)  :D
Stay sharp, Kenny.
