Well I believe this time tomorrow I should be posting a list of those who is building for who unless I have you as shipped already if you shipped today let me know. And if you have received one let me know. I also have 3 bows on hold tomorrow I will get you the new addresses tomorrow, if I still have not heard from those 3.
It is important that you let me know when you send and receive your bows so I don't hound ya to much.  :)
I hope all have had fun as this thing heads into wrapping up. I have that is for sure, thanks stiks for letting me join in the fun in a small way.
Kelly

Kelly, I can honestly say this has been a heck of a lot of fun! I've enjoyed every aspect of this bow swap. Most of my friends, family and co-workers are tired of hearing about and viewing all the bows built during this great event.
Can't wait 'til school starts Monday so I can show my snake bow to my kids! They'll be jealous as all get out!  :bigsmyl:
By the way, thank you for all the work you've put into this and please come home safe.

Thanks soopernate! I hope you are too!  :D

Dan she has taken some set. She had about an inch or so of reflex to start with and now the upper limb is straight and the lower limb has 1/4 inch of deflex. I'm very happy with that.

Now I get to start making her real perty!

Mine is done Kelly, and should be in the mail within a couple of days. I will certainly let you know when it is. I also have to get some pics up.

And if you think you helped "in a small way", I have some swamp land in Florida to sell you.

Kelly,

Are you going to disclose who is left to send a bow to who then? If so, I will just post pics with my recipient's name exposed. I wanted to get my person some arrows made up too, but I don't know if i'll have enough time. I may just delay shipment in order to do some up. I figure waiting another week after waiting this long for arrows too wouldn't be too bad.

Fish I have sent the list to stiks to give it a once over. As soon as he give me the thumbs I will post it minus the ones that shipped before the dead line. You can still cover the name. You may get it out, and I may just slip you down to the shipped group if I have not posted the list yet.

I got a PM from Kelly with the list and I gave it some thought and decided that if you have not recieved a bow yet and want to know who your builder is you can send me or Kelly a PM.

Sambo2's bow will be in the mail by the end of the week as well as Johan Van Niekerk's. I promise guys it will be worth the wait as well as the others that are waiting.

1oldbowguy, eman16,and scottm should be recieving a bow if they have not already. Let me or Kelly know when you get it.

John Lipinski, Dmaxshawn, Goose Gossett, H8nonCubs, Johan van Niekerk, SaMb02, soopernate, Cuban Missile, Shaun, Walt Francis, bjansen, Dan Landis and Mike Mecredy are the ones that have not recieved a bow yet. If you do not see your name here and have not recieved a bow let me or Kelly know

The four that are banned from all future trades are No-sage, NTD, Bowur, and KocheNE. If any one knows how to contact these guys have them get ahold of me ASAP. They have had plenty of opportunity to let me or Kelly know what is going on.

Bowur recieved his bow and posted about it and as far as my knowledge that was his last post and he fell off the map back in April.

Next year any one that recieves specs for some one who has not been in the previous swaps will hold the bow they build until I give the OK to ship. I know the percentage is pretty good considering the # of sign ups we had but this is the second time a guy got a bow and did not deliver and disappeared. This is the only thing I can think of that will stop it.

I will have Kelly send the three builders who where contacted to hold their bow with shipping info so they can ship.

Any questions just get ahold of me or Kelly.

The address have been sent, and I tell you it could not have worked out any better on that. All of those who did not come through had the same stats as the ones they were building for.
Please let me know when you ship and receive good effort from all.
Ok with those changes
We have 80 bowyers 64 bows received, 3 mailed and 16 awaiting bows, We are at 77% complete.

I am nearing completion of "Dark Continent"!

I need to know any opinions on if you think true oil will adhere to a waxy surface. I want to wrap the limbs where the python skin stops and want to know if bow string material will work.

I'm assuming the finish goes over the wrap?

I'm also thinking about using fullerplast.
