Ok, so I got my Bingham blueprints and I want to transfer them to some hard board but I'm not sure how to do it... Any suggestions?

If you don't mind ruining the paper copy of your blueprints you could use some spray contact cement on both the back of the blueprint and the hard board. Glue the blueprint to the board and cut it out with a bandsaw.

get yourself some transfer paper , or make some copies of your hard print. that way if you need to make a new form , you already have em.

+1 on that. Make exact size copies of the original and then glue the copy to your form boards to be cut up. Keep the original safe somewhere for future use.
If your copy machine won't handle a print that big you coud take it to any office supply place that does prints and have them print out a couple of copies in the original size for a small fee.

Thanks guys, my plan was to cut out some patterns on hard board (3/16" particle board basically) so I will always have a pattern. Then use it to cut out the form with a router like KennyM shows how to do. I just don't want to mess up the paper blueprint until I'm sure I get it on the hard board....

Most printing shops can make you an exact copy of the plans for a few bucks so you can retain the original for future use.
