Limbsations? What do you think?
« on: February 17, 2008, 10:39:00 AM »
I'm looking at the Limbsations to put on my bow limbs, maybe. The predator deception green would be the ticket, but arent they gonna shine? Is there any texture to prevent shining?

How easy do they trim once they're on the limb, the idea of cutting them with a razor while theyre on my limbs doesnt make me smile.

I'd love to hear any experiences and what you think.

you could trace out a paper pattern first, trim it up to fit exact, then use your pattern to pre-cut them.

I have used the skineez and trimming them with a scapel, very easy, just lay the blade on the side of the limb raise the edge a touch and slide all the way down the limb in one motion. Much easier to do then describe. The predator deception pattern does look good on the limbsations.
shoot straight shoot often
