The holme and molle are some of my favorite wood bow designs, and do they fling an arrow.

Bona, Molle's and Holmegaard bows are similar in style but differ quite a bit(if tha makes since). Both are ancient designs and are very efficient designs.

thanks bona , thanks Aram, mollegabet's are bows found in denmark they have a longer lever shorter working limb than holmies. im currently trying to get a freind to join trad gang that has done extensive work and expirements with this design as well as others .he is the one that introduced myself and others to these.  thanks Pat, i can build the heck out of them but really havent done much research to their history
