Viewing Dr. Charles Grayson's bow collection in MO
« on: February 02, 2011, 12:11:00 AM »
I have never seen the collection, but I really want to. I have heard that you can make an appointment to see it, and it is huge.  I was hoping to get a few people together to go see it. I have been seeing picture is the PA magizine and want to go see it before it gets moved. I have a farm about a fourty minutes from there if any out of state guys want to come you are welcome to stay the weekend there with me. I'm thinking late feb or early march. I'm going, who's in?

David,

The collection is well worth seeing.  I took the opportunity to go see it a couple of times while I lived in Columbia and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I also bought a copy of the book that was made about the collection and it's beautiful.

I wish I could join you for your excursion, but alas, it's a bit far for me now.

Enjoy!

I'm going  bring to bring this back to the top for this year.  Is like to get a group together to go see this collection. My farm is only about fourth minutes. Anyone can join me and stay at my place. I was thinking maybe in December or January.  Maybe do some.bow building and rabbit hunting. Out of Statefarm are welcome.

I'm in. I've been wanting to see it for some time. Went one time and it was closed.

Does anyone have actual dates they will be in town? I'm sure jerry and I can be flexable. December would work for me.

Alright, I need a date for this guys. I'll be out at my farm bowhunting the 9th and 10th OS December so those days are good for me but I'm flexible. I just need to know what will work for everyone else before I call and set up a.date.
